"empowered by %1" in RTL languages

            Description

            In 4.7 version we found that for RTL languages "empowered by %1" token in civicrm footer is not working (attached screenshot)

            There is broken token in the translation. I've attached fixed mo (and po) file for langauge: ar_EG

            Please verify it and if it's correct include in next CiviCRM version.
