Inbound email-to-activity chokes on empty email

      Description

      It's an edge case, but there are scenarios in which an incoming email may contain a subject, but no body text or attachment. This causes the "fetch activities" job to fail with a fatal error, and will fail repeatedly because the mail will remain in the inbox, preventing other emails from being processed. My fix treats an empty body the same as a text body.
