Merging contacts: blank date fields write as 1970

            Description

            Bug spotted in 4.7.9 (and 4.6.19) and not fixed in any of the changes in .10.

            When merging two contacts using the manual merge screen. If you choose to take across a 'blank' date of birth (ie: tick to overwrite an existing date of birth with a blank value) then it is written as 1st January 1970.

            Also confirmed for 'date deceased'. Custom date fields are not affected.
