Add / fix the Ability to merge memberships

One of the ongoing matters that we find in our organisation is that there is no easy way to merge memberships in the User Interface. I think this would be useful improvement in a way so that we can merge membership records together and move financial types across to the correct membership record. We would also need the ability to scan and update the relevant custom data for membership
