Future pledge start date causes improper future pledge payment dates

When I use contribution page #9 to create an auto-recurring pledge, using the option for “day of month” (in this case I chose the 1st) it doesn’t set the dates correctly (see pledge payments below - the year is wrong, and the month calculations are wrong as well). Additionally, although it processes an initial payment (which is confirmed by my credit card), the payment in Civi still says pending.
