File custom type is not displyed in "Matching CiviCRM Field"

1. Create a new custom field set:
Click "Administer" › Custom Data and Screens > Custom Fields
Click "Add Set of Custom Fields"
Set Name: Student Information
Used For: Individual
Check "Does this Custom Field Set allow multiple records?"
Click "Save"

2. Click "Add Custom Fields"
Field Label: Resume
Data and Input Field Type" File
Click Save

3. Create csv file
4. Open IE and hit http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/import/custom?reset=1
5.Click browse and choose the csv file
6.Click on "First row contains column headers" check box
7.Select "Student Information" from Multi-value custom Data
8.Select Contact Type: Household
9.Click "Continue"
10. For each field, choose Matching CiviCRM Field from drop down list

Expected Result: Resume custom data field should appear
Actual Result: File Data Type is not displayed in the drop down list
