Warning covers AutoRenew checkbox if PayLater is chosen preventing user for unselecting it

I thought there was a fix for the problem that if you offer 'auto renew' and offer 'pay later' you have problems.

But on 4.7.9 my testing shows that while there is a new warning for anyone who chooses Auto-renew and Pay Later saying "You cannot have auto-renewal on if you are paying later", the warning covers, hides, displaces or replaces the checkbox that the user then needs to get to to unselect 'auto renew'
