no contribution details included in pay later receipt

to reproduce:

• create a contribution page with pay later enabled
• create a price set to use for amount options
• configure the email receipts
• complete the form using the pay later option

The email receipt includes details about the contact (via the profile), but does not include any information about the donation amount. This is particularly critical as the user basically has no details about how much they committed to pay.
