Activities target contact list does not truncate

I beleive this field in the Activities tab used to be truncated or say "...and XXX other contacts".

Instead now it is fully listing all recipients, this causes two problems:

1. it takes a very long time to load the Activitities tab

2. because so many contacts are listed, several inches high, the page is rendered very difficult to read
