CRM-19202 Exporting an OR search exports with selected fields

            Description

            When exporting an OR search, if I select the fields it exports as if it was an AND search. Exporting with PRIMARY fields then it exports correctly but this is not ideal.

                Franzi Ortiz can provide a use-case in steps so it would be easy to replicate ?

                Sure, here are the steps I took to replicate this:

                1) Run an Advanced Search with the Search Operator set to 'OR' and multiple criteria.
                2) Select ALL records
                3) Select the export contacts action
                4) The contacts exported do not match the contacts in search

                Its as if it was exported with an AND search. As a note, I have also applied the fix in this ticket: https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-18585
