Better handle inbound mail from header(s)

      Description

      Some emails were not being imported as activities because the From header was "foo@example.com (foo)" instead of "foo@example.com <foo>"

      Not sure if sender issue or ezcMail issue, but this catches it. Don't think hooks were able to handle this.
