Description
Please make it so http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/contact/detail?reset=1 respects the user's permissions on financial ACLs like other reports.
Various other reports are not respecting ACLs for FTs:
1. Contribution Aggregate by Relationship
2. Repeat Contributions
3. Event Income Summary
4. Event Income Details
5. Contribution and Membership Details
6. Deferred Revenue
Errors on reports when ACL FT is enabled
1. Book Keeping transaction report (Database Error Code: Not unique table/alias: 'line_item_civireport', 1066)
2. Top Donors when we filter with contact name we get field not found error.
