Print/Merge Document not creating Activity after download

      Description

      In versions prior to August, using the "Print/Merge Document" activity resulted in an Activity being created after clicking 'download PDF' button. That is no longer the case. I believe this is a bug.

      Here's how to reproduce on the demo site:

      1. find a contact

      2. click Actions button and "print/merge document"

      3. choose any template and download PDF by clicking button

      4. The popup window does not close, so you must hit cancel (is this a problem?)

      5. When the document is downloaded, there is no activity created in the Activities Tab.

      6. the activity should be "Print/Merge Document" in the tab
