Description
When visiting Admin > System Settings > Scheduled Jobs after installation of a multisite instance, the user is presented with a message: There are no jobs configured.
I think the desirable behavior here is to present users with the same screen shown on installation of a fresh single-site instance: all of the default jobs in a disabled state.
