Renew cancelled membership does not activate it

      Description

      Steps to replicated:
      1. Create a Membership with a Pending Contribution, the Membership should be set to Pending
      2. Cancel the pending Contribution, the Membership should be set to Cancelled
      3. Click on renew on the Membership record or go to 'New Membership' and select renew in the notification and complete the renewal.
      4. The status of the membership will still be cancelled.

      Side point: not sure if qualifies as an issue but when create a Membership with a Cancelled Contribution, the membership will be activated anyway instead of being marked as Cancelled.
