Description
In Aegir, we manage file ownership and permissions for various directories, as well as generating civicrm.settings.php when we install sites. Unfortunately, since things like customFileUploadDir can be changed from the front-end, it can be hard to properly manage these directories. Since we generate civicrm.settings.php from the template included in core, it would be great to allow us to inject such settings.
