Advanced search relationship date clause descriptions are inaccurate

            Description

            Advanced search results shows "Relationship Recorded Start Date On or Before" for the "From" field of the search - this should be "On or After". The opposite is also true.

            This means I can get results when the described criteria should always return none:

            Relationship Recorded Start Date On or Before January 1st, 2014... AND...
            Relationship Recorded Start Date On or After September 8th, 2016...
