Broken Doc link in "Configuration Checklist"

            Description

            URLs under "Configuration Checklist" that are linking to components' manual pages, are broken.(i.e. they are linking to previous documentation(book.civ....))
            As I noticed, The Smarty file responsible for the bug is :
            DrupalModuleRoot/civicrm/templates/CRM/Admin/Page/ConfigTaskList.tpl
            The Bug is raising because Components' URLs are generated using docURL smarty plugin/tag which is linking to legacy documentation.
