Can't create invoice PDF in Chrome and Firefox, This site can't be reached, ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE, File not Found

            Description

            After updating from 4.6.10 to the latest 4.7.11 I can no longer create PDF invoices on the latest Google Chrome or Firefox. Safari does still initiate a proper download. Unclear if the issue is with html2pdf functionality or something specific to the Invoice PDF build. I AM still able to generate PDFs via the Print/Merge interface so my assumption is that it's specific to the invoice PDF code.
