after upgrade to 4.7.11 joomla - error DB Constraint Violation - possibly dashboard_id should possibly be marked as mandatory for this API. If so, please raise a bug report.

in Joomla 3.6.2 php 5.6.24 I made the 4.7.11 on a 4.7.10 civicdm and I got the following error message to report:
