Description
If you have 'access CiviEvent' permissions, you can add and modify price sets via 'Event', 'Manage Price Set'.
Now one of our users stumbled upon this inconsitency:
If you go to the 'Manage Price Set' page, and you click 'More, Settings' on a row, you can change the name of the price set.
But if you try to change the name of the price set using inline editing on the 'Manage Price Set' page, you get this error message:
API permission check failed for PriceSet/create call; insufficient permission: require administer CiviCRM.
This issue is easy to fix, but I'm not sure what the desired behaviour is. Is 'Access CiviEvent' sufficient to change price sets?
(This issue is related to CRM-17615.)
