Advanced Search fails on Contribution Receive date filter

            Description

            This replicates on PHP 7

            1) Navigate to Advanced Search
            2) Contribution Tab -> Fill "Date Received" input -> Hit Search.
            3) Result shows all contacts with the contributions instead of filtering with the date values specified.
