            Description

            This https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/commit/d5ecf8e2d1ccf9769517a837f8807521792e31fa has introduced a regression in ACL working with Smart Groups

            Basically this https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/commit/d5ecf8e2d1ccf9769517a837f8807521792e31fa#diff-0c52165f4315aa7744670ba4fdc615c2R509 forces always to save in the DB group_id = 0. Which is making ACL not found the proper smart group assigned to it
