Can't send receipt on back-end contribution or event with new contact

      Description

      When making a back-end contribution or event registration, and the contact is newly-added via the "New Individual" link when picking the contact, there's no opportunity to send a receipt even if the contact has an email address.

      We suspect that the form just hasn't refreshed to acknowledge there's an email.
