            Description

            To resolve CRM-19381, we need to upgrade PHPOffice, but the newer version requires PHP 5.3.23+.

            Note that this is not a hard-break in most functionality – only a potential break in processing *.doc files. However, it merits a stronger warning in the compatibility messages.
