Custom date fields for contribution do not work in update contribution via profile

To reproduce on demo:

1. create a custom field, of type: date, for contributions

2. place this field in a profile

3. use the profile for updating multiple contributions

4. view that the date field doesn't work, and cannot be copied down the column by clicking the icon
