            Description

            Switching to Monday as start of the week leads to:

            This Notice: Undefined offset: 7 in CRM_Core_Form_RecurringEntity::buildQuickForm() (line 182 of /var/www/drupal/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Form/RecurringEntity.php).

            This also messes up the form values in the admin date settings. Switching back to Sunday can result in a weekBegin with an unsuported value of 7.
