            Description

            There is a define used in the codebase with a typo, which is a needless trap for developers.

            We can fix this! (From CRM-14212)

            CIVICRM_MAIL_LOG_AND SEND

            (Do we need to support the "old" behaviour, by checking for the previously used define? Or can we just kill it?)
