Description
When it's comparing the permissions with CRM_Core_Permission::check, its not loading the user drupal, and return not permissions allowed.(https://github.com/rubofvil/civicrm-packages/blob/master/kcfinder/integration/civicrm).php#L112
Patch (check if session exist and the global user it's empty, then load the user)
