Selector issue on Batch trxn assignment page

There is a selector checkbox above the rows that can be used to select all rows. After doing that when there is a pager being used given number of transactions, then assigning the selected trxns to the batch, on page refresh the topmost selector is still selected but none of the rows are selected. Please on page refresh, if the topmost selector is selected, select all rows that appear.

This is likely also required for the other search subform on this page containing trxns in batch that can be unassigned.
