Description
I've replicated this in the testing environment. I have created a "message template" to be used for generating pdf letters. I also created a "print page PDF format" for this letter. I assigned this format to the message template. When I select contacts and go to the next screen to generate the PDF letter, the assigned "print page PDF format" is not loaded. If I click on the drop-down, it displays as an option and if I select it, only paper size loads in inches, no matter what units were set up in the print page PDF format. No other parameters load and they must be manually typed in.
Also, with the latest version installation, civicrm added "<html><title></title><body> </body></html>" to the top of my message templates. I corrected it in the source and when I saved, it saved again with "<html><title></title><body> </body></html>" at the top, which messes up my page spacing. I have to go into the database and correct it there. In the demo, I created a template and it seemed to work OK. It seems to mess up on existing message templates.
