Error message on Civi home page caused by CiviNews dashlet

            Description

            After install of 4.7.13, this error appears:
            Network Error
            Unable to reach the server. Please refresh this page in your browser and try again.

            Removing CiviNews dashlet causes error to stop.

            Bug? configuration somewhere?
