"Cancel" button should not be displayed on the first page of wizard

            Description

            1. Navigate to the Import multi value page
            2. Press "Cancel" button

            Actual Result: "Cancel" button is present and doing nothing (refresh the page)

            Expected Result: In my opinion there is no necessity to have "Cancel" button on the first page of wizard as far as there is no action / functionality related to it.
