Custom Date Range saved search doesn't sets default values to the input

Steps to reproduce -

1) Create a custom date range field with `is_searchable` and `date_range` enabled.
2) Go to Advanced Search and create a smart group by searching on this date field by range.
3) After returning from creation of SG, observe that the inputs are not pre-filled with the values entered while creating the smart group.

Also search results are not shown as per the SG formValues.
