            Description

            When using the standalone form to add a particpant to an event it is used, a contact can be registered multiple times for the same event:
            http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/participant/add?reset=1&action=add&context=standalone

            In this case it is performing a duplicate check against the logged in contactID.
