When using Pay Later with a Price Set, Contribution Details in Email Receipt are Blank

Tested this on 4.7.13RC. To reproduce:

1. create a price set with a select or checkbox field and a $ amount

2. include the price set in a contribution page

3. set contribution page to 'pay later'

4. turn on email receipts

5. Make a test transaction using pay later.
