            Description

            PayPal Standard (Test Drive) Contributions fail with Pending (Incomplete Transaction) status. I used PayPal Sandbox accounts to test. Immediately prior to upgrading my test site to 4.7.13 I successful completed a (Test Drive) contribution with version 4.7.9.
