Search for contacts in Smart Groups based on group status shows incorrect results

Steps to reproduce in 4.7 - tested on demo site:

1. Create a Smart Group - example used just includes all Contacts in database
2. Go to the group and view all added contacts
3. Remove a contact from the group
4. Refresh the search and note that the "removed" contact is now excluded
5. Change search criteria to display only "removed" contacts
6. No change in search results - all added contacts listed, but no removed
   

Similar behaviour in Version 4.6.22 observed.

1. Repeat steps 1-4 from above on a 4.6.22 installation
   
2. Change search criteria to display only "removed" contacts
3. Search results changed, but results are incorrect - Removed contacts listed, but all added contacts are also listed
   

Search results appear to include contacts with group status "added", regardless of search filter criteria including them or not.
