Creating a pledge with only one instalment will cause pledge payment to have a null status (and cannot record a payment)

            Description

            How to reproduce on dmaster:

            • go to a contact record
            • create a new pledge of only 1 instalment

            Result: when on the pledge tab, unfold the pledge to show details, the action links to record a payment will be missing. This is because in the database, the status_id of the pledge payment is NULL.

            This does not happen when creating pledges with multiple instalments.
