            Description

            Currently, crmDate does not provide a way to display time for Datetime values. Extend this function so we can use it to display either date only, or date and time. Display should be localised, and ideally include support for both 12 (am/pm) and 24 hr display.

            NOTE: Kurund did some work on this for 1.0. Please check w/ him on this before proceeding.
