Default Setting for Custom Files Path Should not be Below Temporary Files

Currently, the DEFAULT setting for temporary files is .../upload and for custom files is ..upload/custom. This is problematic because a cleanup of "temporary" files (using directoryCleanup action) will ALSO delete custom files.

I've modified the custom files default to move it up a level which should prevent accidental deletions.
