The Event Personal Campaign Page settings box is blank.

            Description

            When I try to setup the Personal Campaign Page settings for an Event, I click on the Personal Campaigns tab. The triangle spins briefly but quits. The settings box remains blank. No Event PCP settings ever appear. This makes PCP unusable for Events.
