Remove Event Details custom group

The Event Details custom group only serves the purpose of allowing you to specify an event organizer. However, now that you can add an email address and phone number to an event, this is not necessary.

This change would only affect installations moving forward by not adding this custom field. Existing installations would have no change (to avoid removing a field that contains data).
