Chaning relationship direction says saved, but it did not

Recreate on demo site using Supervisor/Supervised by relationship

1. create a relationship of this type

2. edit, change the direction of relationship, save

3. says 'saved' but nothing changed

Proposed solution:

1. change the popup to say 'not saved, must delete and recreate to change direction'

2. change the code so editing direction works
