Pledge Start Date Incorrect When Creating Pledges from Contribution Pages

            Description

            Reproduced in demo:

            1. Create a contribution that allows for the creation of pledges
            2. Record a pledge via the contribution page (same issue occurs if logged in or out)
            3. Upon clicking confirm, the following error is received: pledge_start_date in CRM_Pledge_BAO_Pledge::getPledgeStartDate() (line 1205 of /home/galleryr/www/demo/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Pledge/BAO/Pledge.php).
            4. Navigate to the pledge record - default start date set to 1/1/1970 - while pledge made and receive dates dates are correct
