Contribution amount not recorded when renewing memberships via UI.

            Description

            When renewing memberships via the user interface the contribution 'Amount' is not saved and contributions are recorded as £0.00.

            The workaround is to later edit the contribution, entering the amount into 'Total Amount' and 'Net Amount', but at that stage email receipts have already been sent to donors listing the contribution amount as £0.00.

            This is specific to offline (cheque/card by phone) membership renewal, offline non-membership contributions entered via the UI are not affected.
