Description
After upgrading from 4.7.12 to .13 on joomla 3.6.4, the italian and languages versions of the civi crm installation disappeared and it is not possible to add them back (error DB unknown).
Other languages (French + English + Hungarian + Polish).
Cached have been cleaned.
Civicdm is apparently working, but when doing back up of the database, I also had error messages related to Spanish and Italian values. These messages disappeared afterwards (after cleaning the civicdm cache), but still the italian and Spanish languages options cannot be installed back even if they are enabled in the list of languages.
