            Description

            I am in Civi 4.7.12 / Drupal 7.51 :

            Mailing is sent by the CRON, but never ends (and is not actually sent) ; The journal says : Finished execution of Send Scheduled Mailings with result: Success (a:1:

            {s:9:"processed";i:0;}

            )

            I have to trigger it manually (run it now), and then it works : Finished execution of Send Scheduled Mailings with result: Success (a:1:

            {s:9:"processed";i:530;}
