Bookkeeping report displays pay later items twice

When someone uses the bookkeeping report to show financial transactions any pay later payments show up twice. The user cannot see the reason but it is because there is a pending financial transaction from when it was created and a completed on from when the money was received.

My patch adds a filter for the status of the financial transaction entries. It defaults to completed, as does the contribution status already
