Description
I first noticed this on a site I had built with multiple plugins, extensions and a WP theme installed. I sought guidance through MatterMost and was informed that the WordPress add ins could be a factor. Removed them, issue persisted.
I then deleted entire site down to bare host and dropped databases. I did not reinstall 4.7.13 as .14 is current, but I have twice replicated this on a bare 4.7.14 install (no extensions, no plugins, no WP themes).
